This industry has a lot of confusing terms and a lot of less than honest sales people. Our goal is to give you practical real numbers of what you can expect in savings, as well as estimated return on investment.

Not everyone’s solar needs and circumstances are the same; however, here in the Fox Valley solar costs markedly less than traditional electricity. We have a whole range of solar financing options to suit every customer. We can install your solar system with no money out of pocket or upfront cost while you continue to pay your monthly utility bill, but at a much lesser rate.
It is important that you have your roof in good condition before we install solar panels. While the solar panels can be removed in the future to do a roofing job, it is much better to have a newer roof (or a roof in good condition) before we would add Solar panels and mounts.
If you’re looking for further advice on roofing solutions that are more solar friendly please reach out to us.
Solar panels are best serving you in direct sunlight, but in Wisconsin we know that is hardly the case all year long. These newer panels are very good at getting partial power from cloudy days, as well as in rain or snow.
It is always best to try to remove snow off the of the panels as it will get in the way of generating power for you.
There is a significant rebate from the Federal Government. We have more information on our Tax Credits & Rewards page. Check it out here.
Surprisingly yes! You do not have to have a battery bank on your house to benefit from this. During the day your house will send power back to the grid (when configured properly in partnership with your utility) and when you need power later you can get some back. Your meter(s) will automatically keep track of this. The way these programs work varies between WE Energies and smaller local carriers like Menasha & Kaukauna Utilities.
